A recent request to ServerPrime which would allow chain-server connections has been approved, which may allow for a larger number of networked players than previously projected.
Total server re-vamp?
As the first phaseof Alpha Testing comes to an end, a total server reconfiguration may be on the horizon. MoonCat officials say they are analyzing several multi-server solutions to improve network performance, and increase the number of simultaneous players in the game world.
