1. Acceptable Use

By accessing the Tartaria Online World Engine, you agree to abide by all system protocols. Unauthorized attempts to bypass the Index-Locked Architecture or manipulate the DataManager core are strictly prohibited.

2. Virtual Assets

All items stored within the pointer-based inventory system (Dataset 4/4.1) remain the intellectual property of MoonCat Entertainment, LLC. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize these data shards within the simulation.

3. Identity Indexing

User accounts are tied to the creation sequence of the database. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Lock (Account ID) and Key (Password). MoonCat Entertainment is not liable for lost access due to credential mismanagement.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any Identity (Level 0-2) found in violation of community standards or system integrity. Level 3 (Admin) status is granted solely at the discretion of the Board.
